Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

Material and features

The Material is flexible. According to HKM, it distributes pressure very well. It is designed to protect sensitive skin from chafing. The Material is breathable. It goes well with Western tack. This means you’re well equipped for riding in a Western saddle.

Sizes and colours

Available sizes are 26"/66 cm, 28"/71 cm, 30"/76 cm, 32"/81 cm, 34"/86 cm and 36"/91 cm. The Colour is black. Sizes are given in inches and centimetres. Choose the version that suits your horse and your tack. It’s best to compare it with your current tack. That way, you’ll quickly find the right one.

Care and instructions

You can machine wash this item at 30 degrees. Have the girth ready before saddling up. Tighten it gradually in several steps. Clean it of sweat and hair after riding. Check the buckles and rings regularly. Check it regularly for wear.
