Free Returns Within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the product does not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for the return in our returns portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times!

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1 - 4 working days after the contract is concluded (in case of prepayment, after your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5 - 7 working days unless otherwise specified.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may still occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

We deliver tax-free to Switzerland. Prices will be adjusted during checkout. If we deliver your order to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which you must pay not to us but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. You may want to contact the customs or tax authorities before placing your order.

Alternatively, processing is possible through our partner, MeinEinkauf GmbH.

2. With your personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can now create a customer account in our online shop.

3. Place your order in our shop using your personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

4. For shipping AND billing address, please use exclusively:

6. You pay for the ordered goods directly in our shop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch along with your goods.

IMPORTANT: Return shipping costs from Switzerland are not covered by kavelio.shop & woof-wag.de. The customer is responsible for the return shipment from Switzerland and must also bear the costs. kavelio.shop & woof-wag.de want to help make shipping to Switzerland uncomplicated.

However, please note that for problems and questions regarding the service of MeinEinkauf GmbH, the customer support of MeinEinkauf GmbH must be contacted. kavelio.shop & woof-wag.de have no connection to this company but only present the possibility of shipping processing through this company.

No fees with the payment method of your choice!

We do not pass on the fees from payment service providers to you. You only pay for the product with us. We cover all costs that arise during the order in addition to the product price for you.

You can comfortably pay with the common online payment methods. Whether credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung – we want it to be as convenient and secure as possible for you.

However – and this is important to know – we have no influence on which payment method is available to you in each case. The payment service providers decide this entirely according to their own rules. Sometimes it may happen that a certain payment method is not offered to you because the payment service provider has decided so. Not cool, we know that. But unfortunately, it is out of our hands.

Still, we do our best to always offer you a good selection of payment options. So, don’t worry – in most cases, paying with us works smoothly and just the way you want it.

Payment by direct debit (a service from PayPal Plus)
After completing your order, you will be redirected to the payment dialog of the service provider PayPal. This redirection is encrypted and therefore offers you the highest possible data security. There you can enter your bank details. The invoice amount will be collected by PayPal and transferred to us. Of course, no additional costs will be incurred for this payment method. Registration with PayPal is not necessary, as this payment method was developed by PayPal for customers without a PayPal account.

Payment by credit card (a service from PayPal Plus)
With the payment method Pay by credit card (a service from PayPal), you will be automatically and securely redirected to the payment dialog of the service provider PayPal. This redirection is encrypted and therefore offers you the highest possible data security. Of course, no additional costs will be incurred for this payment method. Registration with PayPal is not necessary, as this payment method was developed by PayPal for customers without a PayPal account.

Payment by PayPal (a service from PayPal Plus)
When paying by PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment dialog. Here you can enter your PayPal user data and pay as usual with your PayPal account and the payment methods stored there. For this payment method, you therefore need a PayPal account. Of course, no additional costs will be incurred for this payment method.

Klarna Invoice (Fee of 0 € per order)
In cooperation with our partner Klarna, we can offer you Germany's most popular payment method: purchase on invoice! You will receive the goods first and can pay the invoice amount directly to Klarna within 14 days. You also have the option to extend the payment deadline. Of course, this payment method does not incur any additional costs for you. This payment method is only available to customers from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Norway.

Klarna Installment Purchase
With Klarna’s installment purchase, you can decide over what period you want to pay for your goods. You receive the goods and then pay the outstanding invoice amounts in monthly installments. All purchases you make via Klarna are collected in a monthly invoice. Each month, you decide anew how much you want to pay. This payment method is only available to customers from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Norway.

Klarna Instant
For instant transfer, you do not need to register with Klarna: you pay quickly and easily with your familiar online banking details. Thanks to real-time confirmation of the transfer order, we can ship your goods immediately. This payment method is only available to customers from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Norway.

Amazon Pay
If you are already an Amazon customer, you don’t need to create another account. You can simply log in with your Amazon credentials. Then just click the Amazon Pay button and select your preferred payment and delivery method.

Apple Pay
Add a debit, credit, or prepaid card to the Wallet app on your Apple device, and you’re ready to go. Works with the major credit and debit cards from the most widely used banks worldwide.
