Returns & Complaints

Returns are of course possible at kavalio – but they also mean extra effort for the environment, logistics, and resources.

If we take a moment to look together, some returns can be avoided. Here’s what that specifically means:

More ways, more effort

Additional transports mean more emissions and energy consumption.

More handcraftsmanship

Every return must be checked, sorted, and refurbished.

Not everything stays in the cycle

Some items cannot be resold.

Request
return

Before you decide, a quick check might be worthwhile:

  • Does the item not fit as expected? Sometimes a second look or a different use in the stable, during training, or in everyday life helps.
  • Are you (still) not convinced by the item? Maybe it fits better in another context or can be put to good use among friends.
  • Unsure about Size, use, or combination? Our team knows the products from everyday equestrian life and is happy to help you.

Complaint
report

Is there a real defect – or is there another solution? Many complaints can be resolved quickly without having to return the item. Feel free to contact us – we’ll look together at what makes the most sense.

Note: If you received a defective item, please report this item within 48 hours of receipt through our returns portal.

Sometimes a quick exchange helps more than a return

Our Customer Happiness team is happy to help you with fit, usage, or alternatives – practical and honest. This way, unnecessary trips can be avoided while finding great solutions for you and your horse.

Make a conscious choice.

Act responsibly.

Every return causes extra effort – from transport to inspection to restocking. This strains not only processes but also the environment. If we look together, clarify questions, or find alternatives, some returns can be avoided. A small step – with meaningful impact.

For you, your horse, and the environment.
