Sprenger Turnado Pro Loose Ring Snaffle – Bit with Sensitivity

Sprenger combines anatomical expertise with innovative technology in the Turnado Pro Loose Ring Snaffle – a well-designed bit made from SENSOGAN for particularly sensitive horse mouths, enhancing communication and building trust.

Optimized for Sensitive Horse Mouths

The Turnado Pro Loose Ring Snaffle was specifically developed for horses with a short mouth gap and pronounced lip flesh. Its straight design provides more space on the sides, avoiding pressure or pinching points. A small tongue relief further reduces strain and helps horses that often play with or lift their tongue. This noticeably improves bit acceptance – especially in sensitive or young horses. The thoughtful construction allows for more precise rein control, contributing to a calmer connection between hand and mouth. Horses often appear more relaxed, content, and willing to move under the rider.

Patented Joint for Gentle Action

A special feature is the 45° forward-tilted center piece, which enables even pressure distribution on both halves of the tongue. This prevents localized pressure – the tongue is engaged over a broad area, making the action particularly gentle. The ergonomic shape of the mouthpiece prevents unwanted tipping movements in the mouth and supports a stable position. The SENSOGAN material also contributes to high acceptance: it promotes saliva production, is well tolerated, and provides a comfortable bit feel. This combination of angling, material, and shape makes the bit especially suitable for subtle aids and demanding horses. It is a reliable partner for fine, horse-friendly communication.

Supports Balance and Relaxation

The even contact surface of the bit arms helps promote the horse’s natural balance. Especially with irregular gaits or one-sided contact issues, the Turnado Pro works specifically to balance. The symmetrical action creates a clear connection between hand and horse’s mouth, which can significantly improve rideability. Its effects are particularly evident in daily training: horses become more supple, show better self-carriage, and accept the hand more evenly. The bit is ideal for advanced training as well as finely tuned everyday riding. Trust, relaxation, and subtle riding go hand in hand here.
