Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

Die HKM Trense Ira ist aus weichem Rinderleder gefertigt.

Material und Ausstattung

Das breite Genickstück mit Ohrenausschnitt soll Druck auf empfindliche Bereiche verringern. Genickstück und Nasenriemen sind weich gepolstert. Der Nasenriemen wird mit Umlenk-Verschnallung geschlossen. Laut HKM ist das Leder hautfreundlich. Die Trense verbindet Gebiss und Zügel mit dem Pferdekopf. Sie sollte gut sitzen und nirgends drücken.

Größen und Farben

Du bekommst die Größen Pony, Vollblut und Warmblut. Zur Auswahl stehen Braun und Schwarz. Die Lieferung erfolgt ohne Gebiss, ein passendes Gebiss ist separat erhältlich. Wähle die Größe passend zum Kopf deines Pferdes. Viele Riemen lassen sich zusätzlich verstellen. So passt du die Trense genau an.

Verschnallen und Pflege

Zwischen Kehlriemen und Ganasche sollte etwa eine Faust Platz haben. Unter den Nasenriemen sollten etwa zwei Finger passen. Leder braucht Pflege. Reinige die Trense regelmäßig und pflege sie mit einem Lederpflegemittel. So bleibt das Leder geschmeidig. Kontrolliere Schnallen und Nähte regelmäßig.
