Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The Kingsland Women’s Padded Coat KLAdelaide HW 2026 features PrimaLoft® Black Insulation ThermoPlume® and provides excellent warmth with low weight. The high-performance synthetic insulation offers a down-like feel and good water resistance. The water-repellent and breathable outer material also provides protection in changeable weather conditions. The soft faux-fur lining in the hood and upper body helps retain warmth comfortably. In the lower section, the Kingsland logo lining adds a distinctive brand accent. This makes the padded coat suitable for stable work, riding training and other activities around horses.

Functional for riding

For good freedom of movement, the Kingsland Women’s Padded Coat KLAdelaide HW 2026 features a practical back zip. This allows you to position the long coat comfortably over the saddle while riding. The asymmetric 2-way front zip also supports flexible handling. Storm cuffs help prevent cold air from entering at the sleeves. At the same time, the hem can be adjusted individually and contributes to a protected, comfortable feel.
