Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Pflegeleicht für Training und Turnier

Zur Reinigung kannst du sie bei 30 °C in der Waschmaschine waschen und anschließend zum Trocknen aufhängen. Vor dem Waschen sollte die Schabracke auf links gedreht und alle Klettverschlüsse sollten vollständig geschlossen werden. Auf Weichspüler und Bleichmittel sollte verzichtet werden, um Material und funktionale Eigenschaften zu schonen. Die Schabracke sollte außerdem weder im Trockner getrocknet noch gebügelt werden. In den Größen Full und Cob erhältlich, ist sie speziell für die Verwendung unter Springsätteln konzipiert.
