Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Sheepskin Correction Saddle Pad

The HKM sheepskin correction saddle pad has three separately adjustable areas.

Material and Features

The shoulder and the front and rear saddle areas can be adjusted. Felt and memory foam inserts are provided for this. According to HKM, the memory foam distributes pressure. It is made of sheepskin and sits between the saddle and the horse’s back.

Sizes and Colors

It comes in dressage and all-purpose sizes. Choose from white, dark brown, and black/natural. You can choose between dressage and all-purpose shapes. Select the version that suits your horse and your equipment. It’s best to compare it with your current equipment to find the right one quickly.

Care and Notes

It can only go in the dryer on the cool-air setting. Remove the inserts before washing. Wash it only with sheepskin detergent. A Pad does not replace saddle fitting. If needed, have a professional check the fit of your saddle. Check it regularly for wear.
