Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Korrekturlammfellpad Style

Das HKM Korrekturlammfellpad aus medizinisch gegerbtem Lammfell hat austauschbare Einlagen.

Material und Ausstattung

12 Filzeinlagen und 4 Memory-Foam-Einlagen sind enthalten. Damit passt du die Sattellage an. Ein 3D-Mesh-Einsatz im Wirbelkanal soll vor Hitzestau schützen. Schlaufen mit Klettverschluss sorgen für sicheren Halt. Der Oberstoff besteht aus 65 % Polyester und 35 % Baumwolle. Es liegt zwischen Sattel und Pferderücken.

Farbe

Die Farbe ist Natur. Die Einlagen setzt du je nach Bedarf ein. Wähle die Ausführung passend zu deinem Pferd und deiner Ausrüstung. Vergleiche dazu am besten mit deiner bisherigen Ausrüstung. So findest du schnell das Richtige. Die Farbe lässt sich gut mit anderer Ausrüstung kombinieren.

Pflege und Hinweise

Du kannst den Artikel bei 30 Grad in der Maschine waschen. In den Trockner darf er nur bei Kaltluft. Nimm die Einlagen vor dem Waschen heraus. Wasche es nur mit Fellwaschmittel. Lege das Pad faltenfrei unter den Sattel. Ziehe es im Widerrist leicht in die Sattelkammer.
