Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM correction sheepskin pad

With the HKM correction sheepskin pad, you insert the shims at the front and back, on both the left and right sides.

Material and features

The shims sit at the front and back on both sides. This lets you correct the saddle's fit. Four memory foam shims are included. The outer fabric is made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. It sits between the saddle and the horse's back.

Colours

Choose from natural and black. Pick the option that suits your horse and your equipment. It's best to compare it with your existing equipment. That way, you'll quickly find the right one. The colour is easy to match with other equipment.

Care and instructions

You can machine wash the item at 30 degrees. It can only go in the dryer on a cool-air setting. Remove the shims before Washing. Only wash it with sheepskin detergent. A Pad does not replace a saddle fitting. If needed, have a professional check your saddle's fit.
