If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Easy to Care For and Durable

To maintain the lambswool’s special quality, it should be washed regularly. For frequent use, cleaning about every two weeks is recommended. Use the MELP Spezialwaschmittel von Mattes, which gently cares for lambswool and leather. After washing, dry the pad best in the shade or at low temperature in the dryer. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources. Always store the lambswool pad in a dry place and make sure it is completely dry before using it again.
