Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

The Inno Sense Baby Pelham from Trust is perfect for riders who want to introduce their horses to a pelham bridle. It combines the effect of a bridle and pelham and offers controllable leverage through its shortened shanks. The use with one or two reins gives you flexible options—ideal for advanced riding or training. Especially practical: the reduced Length of the shanks at 4 cm provides a finer effect than classic pelhams. This makes the bit suitable for horses sensitive to leverage. Comfort and Safety in the Horse’s Mouth

The mouthpiece in bar shape features an anatomically shaped tongue relief, significantly reducing pressure on the center of the tongue. The Material used—a FDA-approved plastic—is non-toxic, phthalate-free, and especially gentle on horses. In the “medium” version, it is slightly flexible and adapts comfortably to the horse’s mouth. Sensitive or mouth-sensitive horses also benefit from the soft, smooth Material, which is much gentler than metal. Please note that due to the Material’s nature, wear marks may appear from the horse’s teeth—however, these do not affect functionality. With a thickness of 20 mm, the Baby Pelham offers a stable fit and even pressure distribution.
