Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

Protection against overreaching and brushing

The shock-absorbing neoprene core helps protect the hooves against overreaching, brushing, and the horses’ legs coming into contact with each other. The flexible Material absorbs impacts and is suitable for regular use in everyday equestrian activities. The contoured bell shape sits evenly around the hoof and provides reliable coverage of the sensitive area. A soft faux-fur collar rests comfortably against the coronary band and pastern area. This can help reduce friction and support comfort, especially during extended use. The Equestrian Stockholm Merlot Bell Boots Hoof Protection are therefore suitable for horses prone to overreaching or brushing.

Durable and versatile

The exterior made from 100% PU leather is resistant to everyday scratches and wear. This means you can use the bell boots for daily riding training as well as Lungeing and groundwork. They can also provide additional protection for the hoof area during turnout or when leading by hand. A practical hook-and-loop fastener allows for quick putting on and taking off as well as individual adjustment. The bell boots are suitable for front and hind hooves and are available in sizes S, M, L, and XL. Merlot look with easy care

The rich Merlot shade with black details gives the bell boots an elegant and sporty look. They pair particularly harmoniously with Brushing Boots, Saddle Pads, and other items from the Merlot collection. This allows you to style your horse in a coordinated equestrian look from hoof to saddle. For easy cleaning, the bell boots are machine washable at 30 °C. Before Washing, the hook-and-loop fasteners should be fully closed, and the hoof protection should then be left to air-dry. The bell boots are supplied as a pair with two pieces for immediate use on your horse.
