Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Passform und Pflege im Alltag

Die Gamaschen können sowohl an den Vorderbeinen als auch an den Hinterbeinen verwendet werden und werden paarweise geliefert. Zur Auswahl stehen die Größen S, M, L und XL für unterschiedliche Anforderungen und Pferdebeine. Da die Meshgamaschen etwas kleiner ausfallen, solltest du bei einer Zwischengröße die größere Variante wählen. Für die Reinigung können die Fellgamaschen bei 30 °C in der Waschmaschine gewaschen werden. Vor dem Waschen sollten sämtliche Klettverschlüsse geschlossen werden, um Material und Verschlüsse zu schonen. Anschließend lässt du die Gamaschen an der Luft trocknen, da sie nicht für den Wäschetrockner geeignet sind.
