Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Fit and care for everyday use

The Brushing Boots can be used on both the front and hind legs and are supplied in pairs. Sizes S, M, L and XL are available for different requirements and horse legs. As the mesh boots run slightly small, you should choose the larger size if you are between sizes. For cleaning, the fur boots can be washed in the washing machine at 30 °C. Before Washing, all hook-and-loop fasteners should be closed to protect the Material and fasteners. Then allow the Brushing Boots to air-dry, as they are not suitable for tumble drying.
