Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

Die HKM Fliegendecke Santos schützt dein Pferd zuverlässig vor Fliegen und Insekten. Sie eignet sich für Weide, Spaziergang und Transport.

Vielseitig einsetzbar

Die Decke schützt dein Pferd vor Fliegen und Insekten. Du kannst sie auf der Weide, bei Spaziergängen und beim Transport nutzen. Das Material besteht zu 100 % aus Polyester. Im Bereich des Widerrists ist die Decke weich abgepolstert. Du bekommst sie in Beige/Rot, Dunkelblau/Braun und Silber/Schwarz. Erhältlich ist sie in den Größen 115 bis 165.

Guter Halt

Kreuzgurte und ein stabiler Frontverschluss sorgen für guten Sitz und sicheren Halt. So bleibt die Decke an ihrem Platz. Das ist bei Spaziergängen und auf dem Transport wichtig. Die Decke ist schnell aufgelegt. Das spart Zeit im Stallalltag. So bist du schnell unterwegs.

Einfache Pflege

Du kannst die Decke bei 30 Grad in der Maschine waschen. Sie ist außerdem trocknergeeignet. So ist sie schnell wieder einsatzbereit. Das ist praktisch in der Fliegensaison. Wähle die Größe passend zu den Maßen deines Pferdes. So sitzt die Decke gut und schützt zuverlässig.
