Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Reliable Fly & UV Protection

The tightly woven 100% polyester mesh (200 gsm) reliably protects your horse from flies, horseflies, and other insects. At the same time, the rug provides up to 65% UV protection from head to tail. The extra-long tail flap generously covers the sensitive hindquarters. A silky lining in the tail area reduces friction and protects the tail hair. A glossy lining on the mane and shoulder also ensures high wearing comfort. This way, your horse stays relaxed and protected even on hot summer days.

Thoughtful Fit with Freedom of Movement

Front leg openings allow natural freedom of movement in the pasture or open stable. Two straight chest closures ensure easy handling and secure fit. Adjustable cross surcingles stabilize the Fly Rug even during movement. A tail cord supports the optimal position on the horse’s body. Integrated eyelets in the hind area allow optional attachment of leg straps. The detachable neck cover is included and flexibly extends protection up to the poll.

Easy Care & Durable for Everyday Use

The robust mesh Material is breathable and supports a pleasant climate under the rug. The Fly Rug is machine washable at 30 °C, making it especially easy to care for. Before Washing, close all Velcro fasteners and secure straps. For drying, air drying only is recommended, away from direct heat sources. Avoid fabric softener, tumble dryer, and ironing to preserve Material and function. After the season, the rug can be neatly folded and stored cool and dry in a breathable bag.
