Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Turnout Rug High Comfort Style

The HKM turnout rug High Comfort Style has an integrated chest rub guard. Its 600D outer fabric protects your horse from wind, rain, and dirt.

Waterproof with chest protection

An integrated chest rub guard helps prevent rubs on the chest. The 600D outer fabric protects against wind, rain, and dirt. With a hydrostatic head of 3,000 mm, the rug is waterproof. Its breathability is 3,000 ml per m² over 24 hours. The 100 g polyfill keeps your horse warm on cold winter days. This makes the rug lightly to moderately insulated.

Secure fit, freedom of movement

Double front fasteners, cross surcingles, elastic leg straps, and a tail strap ensure a secure fit. Gussets provide greater freedom of movement. A tail flap offers extra protection from wind and moisture. The rug is available in Balm Green and Sage. Sizes range from 115 to 165. The Material is 100% polyester.

Easy care

You can machine wash the rug at 30 degrees. It is also suitable for tumble drying, so it will be ready again in no time. That’s handy after wet days in the pasture. Choose the Size to fit your horse’s measurements. This helps the rug fit well at the shoulder and hindquarters.
