Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

With the TURNADO Underbit 14 mm, Sprenger offers a technically sophisticated bit that, thanks to its innovative joint position, enables particularly even pressure distribution – ideal for sensitive rider hands and delicate horse mouths.

Even pressure on both sides

Unlike conventional single-jointed bits, the Sprenger TURNADO Underbit ensures symmetrical pressure distribution in the horse’s mouth. This is made possible by a specially developed joint angled 45° forward. This tilt causes both edges of the tongue to be evenly engaged without causing point pressure. Another key feature is the avoidance of palate pressure – increasing comfort and supporting a calm tongue position. The significantly reduced unilateral leverage effect can help actively counteract your horse’s natural asymmetry. Recognizable by sandblasted joint

The characteristic rotation of the TURNADO joint is made visible by a sandblasted surface in the middle section of the mouthpiece.
