Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Bradoon 14 mm

The HKM bradoon is 14 mm thick and made of Argentan.

Mouthpiece and material

The single-jointed mouthpiece has a joint in the center. The mouthpiece is made of Argentan, and the rings are made of stainless steel. According to HKM, Argentan promotes saliva production and chewing activity. The bradoon is used with a curb bit in a double bridle. It is thinner than a regular loose ring snaffle.

Sizes

Available sizes are 55/125 width, 55/135 width, 55/145 width, 55/155 width, and 55/165 width. The mouthpiece thickness is 14 mm. The size specification gives the ring diameter and bit width in millimeters. Measure your horse’s mouth width before buying. A properly fitting bit extends about 0.5 cm on each side. If it is too narrow, it pinches; if it is too wide, it slips.

Care and notes

Rinse the bit with clean water after every ride. Remove any feed residue thoroughly. Check it regularly for wear and sharp edges. Store it in a dry place. A specialist can help you choose a bit if you have any questions. This helps keep it comfortable for your horse for a long time.
