Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Bridle Flora

The HKM Bridle Flora is made from quality leather and features a Swedish noseband.

Material and features

The noseband and headpiece are softly padded. The tapered noseband is 4.5 cm wide at its widest point. Its tapered shape is designed to allow more freedom of movement around the mouth and prevent the lips from getting pinched. It has a redirect buckle fastening. The bridle connects the bit and reins to the horse’s head. It should fit well without pressing anywhere.

Sizes and colors

Available in Pony, Thoroughbred, and Warmblood sizes. Choose from brown or black. The bridle is delivered without a bit; a suitable bit is available separately. Choose the size that fits your horse’s head. Many straps can be adjusted further, so you can make the bridle fit just right.

Buckling and care

There should be about a fist’s width of space between the throatlatch and the cheek. You should be able to fit about two fingers under the noseband. Leather needs care. Clean the bridle regularly and treat it with a leather conditioner to keep the leather supple. Check the buckles and Seams regularly.
