Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

Kavalkade Bridle Caliano Via

The Kavalkade Bridle Caliano Via combines high-quality oiled leather with a well-designed, horse-friendly design. The KavalSH4 system, anatomical cut and individually selectable padding allow for flexible adjustment to the horse’s head.

Comfort and Pressure Relief

The Caliano Via features an English combination noseband made from high-quality oiled leather. The curved noseband supports a comfortable fit on the horse’s head. The flash strap is integrated into the noseband at the sides. This reduces pressure on the bridge of the nose and gives the horse more room to breathe. Thanks to the KavalSH4 system, the Bridle can also be used without a flash strap. The holder for the removable flash strap remains invisible from the outside.

Anatomical and Functional Details

The anatomically shaped crownpiece provides sufficient ear clearance and features a cutout to relieve pressure in the neck area. The throatlash is attached to the crownpiece at the sides and angled, allowing it to lie more quietly and relieving pressure on the parotid gland. The cheekpieces are integrated into the noseband, resulting in fewer visible straps at the sides of the horse’s head. Under-padded fastenings and padded buckles on the noseband enhance comfort. Larger holes make fastening the Bridle easier. A Swedish loop with elastic at the bit attachment additionally prevents the loops from being lost.

Individually Adjustable Padding

The matching padding is attached with hook-and-loop fastener and must be purchased separately. Leather, sheepskin and textile pads are available in various colors. This allows the Bridle to be customized both functionally and visually. The narrow, curved browband is decorated with large rhinestones, with the black version featuring silver stones and the brown version featuring gold stones. The Bridle is delivered without Reins and without padding. It cannot be used without padding and is not suitable for Lungeing.
