Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Browband Rosegold Glamour Style

The HKM browband Rosegold Glamour Style is softly padded and comes in the trendy colour rose gold.

Material and design

It is made from quality leather and is softly padded. Sparkling rhinestones and synthetic diamonds adorn it. A browband is a lovely accessory for a bridle. It enhances the look of any bridle, adding a stylish touch both at competitions and in everyday life.

Sizes and colours

It is available in Pony, Thoroughbred and Warmblood sizes. The colour is rose gold. It matches the items in the Rosegold collection. Choose the size to match your bridle. If needed, measure your existing browband to make sure the new one fits.

Putting it on and care

Slide the browband over the crownpieces of the bridle. It should not fit too tightly, so it does not pull on the ears. Wipe the leather regularly with a damp cloth and treat it with a leather care product. Carefully clean the stones with a soft cloth to keep them sparkling for a long time.
