Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

Funny Horses Halter for Shetlands

The Funny Horses halter is a cute halter for Shetlands and miniature Shetlands. The noseband and poll strap are extra softly padded.

Extra soft

The noseband and poll strap are extra softly padded with cotton wool. The fittings are sturdy and silver-colored. Open the halter with a snap hook. The material is 100% polyester. A lead rope is available to match.

How to put it on

Open the buckle on the poll strap and carefully pull the halter over the muzzle. Place the poll strap over the poll, just behind the ears. Then fasten the halter again.

Sizes and care

The halter is available in Mini-Shetland and Shetland sizes. It has a Dark Blue/Blue/Dark Pink pattern. You can wash it at 30 degrees. It is also suitable for tumble drying.
