Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Carlotta Halter

The HKM Carlotta halter combines leather and nylon in a modern design, with a round noseband and round cheekpieces.

Round and modern

The noseband and cheekpieces are round. The Material is a leather-nylon combination. The crownpiece is softly padded and adjustable on both sides. The noseband is also adjustable. The halter is solid-colored. Matching Carlotta lead ropes with panic snap and trigger hooks are available.

Sizes and colors

The halter comes in three colors. It is available in Pony, Thoroughbred, and Warmblood sizes. Choose from Taupe, Dark Blue, and Black. Choose a size that fits your horse’s head. This ensures a good fit.

In the stable

The halter accompanies you in the stable, in the paddock, and when leading your horse. Check the fit regularly. The halter should not be too tight or too loose. This helps your horse feel comfortable.
