Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

The solid-color HKM Saddle Pad Madrid features modern quilting and a silver cord.

Material and Construction

The quilting is modern. A silver cord adds an accent. The Filling consists of foam and wadding. It absorbs moisture quickly. Billet straps and girth straps with hook-and-loop fasteners keep it securely in place. The Material is 100% polyester.

Shapes, Sizes, and Colors

The size description indicates the shape: Dressage Saddle Pads are cut longer, while Eventing Saddle Pads are shorter and designed for jumping and eventing saddles. You can choose from Dressage, Pony Dressage, Pony Eventing, and Eventing sizes. There are 9 colors, such as dark brown, light brown, red, and pink. Choose a shape that suits your saddle. Dressage Saddles have long, straight flaps, while jumping and eventing saddles have shorter flaps cut further forward. This way, the Saddle Pad sits evenly under the saddle all around.

Care and Use

You can machine wash this item at 30 degrees. It is also suitable for tumble drying. Lay the Saddle Pad smoothly over the horse's back before saddling up. Pull it slightly into the gullet at the withers so it does not pull there. Brush off coarse hairs before washing. Then let the Saddle Pad dry completely before putting it back on.
