Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The HKM Saddle Pad Elisa is solid-colored, quilted in a modern style, and decorated with a rhinestone trim.

Material and workmanship

The rhinestone trim adds an elegant touch. The quilting is modern. The shape is anatomically designed. Girth straps and hook-and-loop straps secure it to the saddle. The material is 100% polyester. The Elisa fly veil is available to match.

Shapes, sizes, and colors

The size indicates the shape: dressage saddle pads are cut longer, while all-purpose saddle pads are shorter and designed for jumping and eventing saddles. The available sizes are Dressage, Pony Dressage, Pony All-Purpose, and All-Purpose. Choose from white, light pink, pistachio, light blue, dark blue, mauve, and black. Choose a shape that suits your saddle. Dressage saddles have long, straight saddle flaps, while jumping and eventing saddles have shorter flaps cut further forward. This ensures the saddle pad sits evenly under the saddle all the way around.

Care and use

You can machine-wash this item at 30 degrees. Fasten all hook-and-loop closures before washing. Place the saddle pad smoothly on your horse’s back before saddling up. Gently pull it up into the saddle space around the withers so it doesn’t pull there. Brush off any loose hair before washing. Then let the saddle pad dry completely before putting it back on.
