Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM All-Purpose Allround Saddle Pad

The HKM Allround Saddle Pad has a pretty quilted pattern and is available in many colors and sizes.

Material and craftsmanship

The quilted pattern gives it a classic look. Hook-and-loop fasteners ensure a good fit on your horse’s back. The Filling is made of foam and cotton batting. The Material is 100% polyester. As its name suggests, it’s an all-rounder. It goes with a wide range of equipment.

Shapes, sizes, and colors

The size designation describes the shape: Dressage Saddle Pads are cut longer, while eventing Saddle Pads are shorter and designed for show jumping and Eventing Saddles. You can choose from Dressage, Pony Dressage, Pony Eventing, and Eventing sizes. There are 13 colors, including red, coral, burgundy, and pink. Choose the shape to suit your saddle. Dressage Saddles have long, straight saddle flaps, while show jumping and Eventing Saddles have shorter flaps cut farther forward. This allows the Saddle Pad to sit evenly under the saddle all the way around.

Care and use

Wash the Saddle Pad gently and let it dry thoroughly. Place the Saddle Pad on your horse’s back without any wrinkles before saddling up. Pull it up slightly into the saddle gullet at the withers so it doesn’t pull there. Brush off any loose hair before Washing. Then let the Saddle Pad dry completely before putting it back on. After riding, check whether it has shifted.
