If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • 3D AIR® EFFECT padding: the coat-tested, three-dimensional synthetic mesh fabric ensures maximum pressure distribution, excellent air circulation, and quick-drying properties; clean by rinsing in the wash box or wash at 30°C gentle cycle if needed
