Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Turnout Rug Highneck Innsbruck

The HKM Turnout Rug Highneck Innsbruck protects your horse from rain and wind in the field. A polar fleece lining keeps your horse comfortably warm.

Waterproof and breathable

The 1200D outer material is waterproof, windproof, and breathable. It withstands a water column of 3,000 mm. It is also tear-resistant. The rug has no Filling. The polar fleece lining keeps your horse comfortably warm, making it suitable for wet days in the field.

High neck, secure fit

The Highneck also protects the neck from wind and weather. Cross surcingles, leg straps, and a tail flap ensure a secure, comfortable fit. This keeps the rug in place in the field. The Innsbruck comes in classic black. It is available in a wide range of sizes, from 115 to 165. Choose the Size that matches your horse’s measurements.

Care after turnout

You can machine wash the rug at up to 30 degrees. It is also suitable for tumble drying, so it will be ready again soon after Washing. This is handy if the rug gets dirty after a wet day. The Material is 100% polyester.
