Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The HKM Turnout Rug Highneck Innsbruck with 100 g Filling protects your horse from rain and wind in the pasture. It is waterproof, windproof, and breathable.

Lightweight warmth for the pasture

The 100 g Filling keeps your horse warm on cool days. The Material is waterproof and windproof. At the same time, it is breathable, allowing moisture to escape. It is also tear-resistant, making this rug ideal for outdoor use. It is made from 100% polyester.

Fit and safety

The high neck protects your horse’s neck, too. Extra room around the neck improves the fit. The extra-long sides provide good body coverage. Leg straps and cross surcingles with metal fasteners keep the rug securely in place. Reflective strips make your horse more visible in poor light. The rug comes in timeless black in a wide range of sizes from 115 to 165.

Care after time in the pasture

You can wash the rug at 30 degrees. It can also go in the dryer. This means it will be ready to use again soon after Washing. That’s handy after wet days in the pasture. Choose the Size to fit your horse’s measurements. This helps the rug fit well at the shoulder and hindquarters.
