Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The HKM Nylon Headcollars Sydney Style has a softly padded noseband and headpiece. It’s a practical everyday companion.

Softly padded

The noseband and headpiece are softly padded. The headcollar can be easily opened and removed using the snap hooks. The Material is made of 100% polypropylene. This makes it a practical companion for everyday activities with your horse. The colour range goes from subtle to neon, so you can easily find the right Colour.

Sizes and colours

The headcollar comes in a range of colours, including draft horse size. It’s available in Shetty, Pony, Thoroughbred, Warmblood, and Draft Horse sizes. Colours available are Dark Brown, Red, Dark Red, Blue, Dark Blue, Neon Orange, Neon Green, and Black. Choose the Size to fit your horse’s head. That way, the headcollar will fit well.

In the stable

The headcollar goes with you around the stable, in the paddock, and when leading your horse. Check the fit regularly. The headcollar should be neither too tight nor too loose, so your horse feels comfortable.
