Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The HKM nose and poll protector made from medically tanned genuine sheepskin provides extra padding for the noseband and poll piece.

Material and Features

It is made from medically tanned sheepskin. It is approximately 30 cm long. You can use it on a halter or bridle. It provides extra padding for pressure points. It is a practical accessory for the stable and riding arena.

Colours

It comes in 10 colours, including white, dark brown, natural and taupe. Choose the option that suits your horse and equipment. It’s best to compare it with your existing equipment. This will help you find the right one quickly. The colour pairs well with other equipment.

Care and Notes

You can machine wash this item at 30 degrees. It can only go in the dryer on a cold-air setting. Brush the fleece regularly. Wash it only with sheepskin detergent. Check it regularly for wear. Store it in a dry place.
