Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Das schnelltrocknende Bamboo Blend-Futter unterstützt zusätzlich das Feuchtigkeitsmanagement während der Trainingseinheit. Eine verstärkte innere Schlagzone hilft dabei, Stöße beim Streichen oder gegenseitigen Berühren der Pferdebeine abzufangen. Zur Reinigung kannst du die Gamaschen bei 30 °C in der Waschmaschine waschen und solltest zuvor sämtliche Klettverschlüsse schließen. Anschließend lässt du sie an der Luft trocknen, da die Gamaschen nicht für den Wäschetrockner geeignet sind.
