Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The HKM Walker Rug Carvis has a sporty, modern look. It is waterproof, windproof and breathable, with a soft polar fleece lining.

Protection on the walker

The material is waterproof, windproof and breathable. The rug is lined with soft polar fleece. The smooth outer fabric is easy to clean. This makes the rug ideal for the walker in changeable weather. The material is made of 100% polyester. The rug is black.

Padded neckline

The neckline is padded to help prevent pressure and chafing. Extra-long sides provide good body coverage. A tail strap keeps the rug in position at the back, so it stays in place when moving. The rug is available in sizes 125 to 165. Choose the size that fits your horse's measurements.

Easy care

You can wash the rug at a maximum of 30 degrees. It is also tumble-dryer safe, so it will be ready again quickly. The smooth fabric makes it easy to clean between washes, which is practical for everyday use. Before putting it on, check that all fastenings are closed.
