If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

When developing the Fly Mask TWIN FIT FLEXI, the focus was on optimal comfort for your horse. This Fly Mask features a form-stable eye protection made of tightly woven mesh fabric, individually crafted around each eye, providing your horse with a wide field of vision and plenty of space for eyes and eyelashes. The patented, reversible circumference adjustment allows the mask to be easily and quickly adapted to your horse’s nose circumference, ensuring an optimal fit. Thanks to this individual feature, which remains when removing the mask, it does not need to be readjusted the next time it is put on. This saves time and reduces the risk of incorrect adjustment when reapplying the mask—especially if it’s not done personally. The zipper along the lower jaw makes putting it on easier.
