Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Fly Mask Ice Cream

The HKM Ice Cream Fly Mask is made from stretchy, elastic Material and has no fastening.

Protection and Material

Simply pull it over your horse’s head to put it on. Generous mesh panels protect the eye area. According to HKM, the Material offers UV protection with an SPF of 50+. The ice cream print is sure to lift your spirits. A fly mask protects your horse’s eyes and head from flies and mosquitoes. It can be worn in the field or paddock.

Sizes and Colours

It comes in Pony, Thoroughbred and Warmblood sizes. The Colour is white/pink. Choose a size that fits your horse’s head. The mesh should not touch the eyes, and the mask should stay in place.

Putting on and Care

Carefully pull the mask over your horse’s head and adjust it. Make sure the mesh does not touch the eyes. Check the fit and eye area daily. Put the mask on and fasten the hook-and-loop closure so it fits well without pressing. Remove dirt and hair regularly. Let the mask air-dry after Washing.
