Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

During the summer months, it is difficult in most regions to put horses out to pasture or paddock without a Fly Mask. Insects around the head area not only disturb the horse's well-being but also specifically target the mucous membrane areas, which can cause inflammation.

This extra lightweight eye protection offers ample space around the eyes and a fixed nostril guard made of fine mesh fabric while leaving the ears uncovered. It reliably protects the sensitive eye and nostril areas from insects and simultaneously reduces sunlight exposure on the covered areas – for a relaxed time outdoors. Thanks to the generous cutout around the ear area, it is ideal for horses and ponies with a lot of mane or those that do not like ear coverage.
