Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Fly Veil Daphne

The solid-color HKM fly veil Daphne features a decorative cord trim.

Protection and Design

The decorative cord adds an elegant touch. It protects your horse’s ears from flies and insects. The Material is made of 100% polyester. A fly veil protects the ears and forehead from flies and mosquitoes. It is worn under the Bridle while riding. This helps your horse stay more relaxed when there are lots of insects around.

Sizes and Colors

It comes in Pony, Thoroughbred, and Warmblood sizes. Choose from light pink, pistachio, light blue, dark blue, mauve, and black. It matches the Daphne Saddle Pad of the same name. Choose the Size based on your horse’s head size. It should fit well without pressing. The ears should have enough room.

Putting It On and Care

You can machine-wash this item at 30 degrees. Pull the fly veil over the ears and place it under the Bridle. Make sure it lies smoothly and does not slip. Wash it regularly to keep it fresh. Leave it to air-dry. Store it in a dry place.
