Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The HKM Fly Rug Lissabon Style with neck cover protects your horse from insects and is suitable for all weather conditions thanks to its Material.

Hard-wearing and weatherproof

The Material is tear-resistant, waterproof, and reflective. This makes the rug suitable for all weather conditions in the pasture. Gussets give your horse plenty of freedom of movement. A belly flap is secured with fastenings around the belly. It also protects your horse from insects and flies from below. The rug is made from 100% polyester.

Integrated neck cover

The neck cover is firmly integrated into the rug. Its one size fits all large horses. The double front fastening is adjustable, so you can tailor the rug to your horse's body. Leg straps provide additional security. The rug is available in Aqua in sizes 115 to 165.

Easy care

Fasten all hook-and-loop closures before Washing. Then you can machine-wash the rug on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees. It is also suitable for tumble drying, so it will be ready to use again quickly. Choose the Size to fit your horse's measurements. This ensures a good fit and reliable protection.
