Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

Dry and warm in any weather

Generous padding keeps you pleasantly warm on cold days. The outer material is waterproof and offers a water column of 10,000 mm. The parka remains breathable, allowing moisture to escape while riding. The adjustable hood also protects you from rain and wind. This means you are perfectly equipped for changeable winter weather. It also makes long hours in the fresh air more enjoyable.

Riding-friendly features

The zippered riding slit gives you plenty of freedom of movement in the saddle. The 2-way zipper allows you to flexibly adjust the Length to your riding position. The adjustable sleeve cuff width with thumbhole keeps your wrists warm. A reflective logo application provides greater visibility at dusk. This is especially helpful when riding out and on the way to the stable. The parka combines safety, comfort and functionality.
