Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The Back on Track Cooler Rug SUPREME with D-rings breathable is a high-quality rug for training, transport, and recovery. It combines functional design with the proven Welltex® Material and impresses with high breathability. Ideal to optimally support your horse after work or on chilly days.

Welltex® Material for targeted support

The Cooler Rug is made of fine, high-quality polyester fleece. On the inside, polypropylene with embedded minerals is used. This Welltex® Material reflects the horse’s own body heat. This can help improve blood circulation. The effect remains permanent because the minerals are not washed out. A clean and well-maintained rug is essential for optimal function.

Breathable and versatile

The rug is especially breathable and supports effective cooling down. It is ideal for use before and after training. It also ensures a balanced climate during transport. On cold days, it helps keep the horse warm after work. On warmer days, it can be used for warming up or drying. This makes it flexible for year-round use.

Practical features and easy care

The Cooler Rug is equipped with D-rings for attaching a neck cover. The neck cover is sold separately and can be combined individually. Removable cross surcingles ensure a secure fit. A tail flap and tail cord provide additional hold. The champagne-colored logo gives the rug an elegant look. Care is simple with a gentle wash at 40 °C.
