Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The HKM Cooler Rug Professional Premium is made from heavy, double-sided premium fleece. It is breathable and absorbs sweat very well.

Heavy Premium Fleece

The rug is made from heavy, double-sided premium fleece. It is breathable and absorbs sweat well. This helps your horse dry off after training. The Material is 100% polyester. You can get the rug in two color combinations with horizontal stripes. One is gold with black and red stripes.

Great Fit

The cross surcingles are adjustable and removable. A metal closure fastens the rug at the front. A tail strap keeps it in place at the back. This gives it a good fit on your horse. The rug is available in sizes 115 to 165. Choose the Size that suits your horse's measurements.

Easy Care

You can machine wash the rug at 30 degrees. It is also suitable for tumble drying, so it will be ready again quickly. This is practical if you use it every day. Simply put it on your horse after training, and your horse can dry off underneath in peace.
