Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Cooler Rug with Collar and Embroidery

The solid-color HKM Cooler Rug with a padded collar and regal embellishment is an eye-catcher. The highlight is the elaborate embroidery on the tail cord.

Double-Sided Fleece

The rug is made of breathable, double-sided fleece. This helps your horse dry off after training. The padded collar also protects against drafts. The Material is 100% polyester. You can get the rug in red, dark red, dark blue, and black. It is available in sizes 115 to 165.

Embroidery as a Highlight

The tail cord features elaborate embroidery that extends to the croup. A regal embellishment completes the look. The cross surcingles are adjustable and detachable. This keeps the rug securely in place in the stable, too. Choose the Size to suit your horse's measurements. This helps the rug fit well at the shoulder and croup.

Easy Care

You can machine-wash the rug at 30 degrees. It is also suitable for tumble drying, so it will be ready again quickly. This is handy if you use it often. Simply put it on your horse after training, and your horse can dry off underneath in peace.
