Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Cooler Rug Extra Style with collar

The HKM Extra Style Cooler Rug with a short, padded collar helps your horse dry after training.

Dries quickly after training

The Cooler Rug quickly absorbs your horse’s sweat. It wicks moisture outward so your horse can dry off. The material is breathable, making the rug suitable for after riding or Lungeing. It is made from 100% polyester. You can machine-wash it at 30 degrees.

Padded collar

The short collar is padded. It provides extra protection for your horse’s sensitive withers. An elastic belly strap adjusts the rug to your horse’s Size and build. This ensures a good fit without restricting movement. The rug is available in Bordeaux and dark blue, in sizes 115 to 165.

Everyday stable use

Simply put the rug on your horse after training. Your horse can dry off underneath in peace. Then put the rug in the washing machine. Choose the Size to match your horse’s measurements so the rug fits well at the shoulders and hindquarters. The padded collar stays in place over the withers.
