When we launched kavelio.shop, there was a list of points we considered important services for our customers.
Free returns were not yet a topic for us at that time. There were various reasons why we didn’t offer this service from the beginning. All the more, we are now happy to offer you free returns in the form of a pre-paid DHL return label.
Your label comes easily by email!
You will find the DHL return label in your order confirmation. You received this immediately after your purchase from us by email. If you no longer have this email, you can of course contact us at any time. We will then send you a new label right away.

Stick it on & drop it off!
Simply print out the label. Stick it on your return package and take it to the DHL parcel shop. Within just a few days, we will receive your return and then take care of the processing. It’s that easy. Just like everything at kavelio.shop!
