A few days ago, I asked you in an Instagram survey what you would like to learn more about on our blog and which topics interest you the most.
What really made me happy was that so many of you asked about our team, the employees, and our daily work!
For us, every customer is like a friend, to whom we want to show with a handwritten card and gummy bears that we love our job and there is nothing better than making you happy as our customer!

So now I want to give you a closer look at the work in our shipping department. Since we are currently growing and our #kavaliofamily is expanding, I’m also happy if I can reach potential applicants with this blog post.
There is always a lot going on in our shipping and goods receiving area – it never gets boring here! The girls have really well-practiced routines, support each other, and are always curious about the new collections and products since almost all of them ride or are involved in equestrian sports themselves!

With us, you are always among the first to discover and see the new collections! These products and collections are then stored and prepared for shipping with a lot of system. Everything runs with great technical support and software.

As a young company, it’s important for us to always stay up to date in all processes. We regularly discuss improvement suggestions as a team or brainstorm about simpler workflows. Throughout all this, the goal is always to optimize our shipping and goods control for faster, yet still personal and friendly package delivery.

Everyone has their own little rituals that make the workday fun! It’s super important to us that everyone on the team feels comfortable and welcomed and that we can do our work with joy. Therefore, problems are always discussed immediately so that we aim for constructive solutions!
Despite individual routines and strengths, it is extremely important to us to stick to teamwork and structures. For example, we have well-coordinated teams in goods dispatch who make sure that every time you receive a lovingly packed, personal, and thoroughly checked order—and preferably in the shortest possible time.

For us, it’s also a great meeting point when different departments come together at the coffee machine or during breaks. We update each other about our respective work, chat about the latest trends, and always have a lot of fun together. We look forward to welcoming more funny and warm-hearted employees to join us so we can continue to stick to our proven concepts while always developing further as a team.
