If purchasing forgets to order something, logistics can’t pack packages, and marketing can’t promote new Saddle Pads and more.
Therefore, the main task of purchasing is order processing: placing orders, coordinating delivery dates, and monitoring shipments. We base this on sales analyses, customer wishes, and stock levels to plan reorders in time. A job for true organization enthusiasts.
Do you want to know the latest trends in equestrian sports and have new collections in your hands before they officially launch? Then close contact with suppliers and brands will be especially fun for you.
In addition, purchasing adds the newest items and collections to our shop software so they become visible and orderable for you.
Customer Happiness
If you always have an open ear and enjoy helping others, the Customer Happiness department is perfect for you. Here, you are the link between shipping, purchasing, and our customers, making your daily work varied and exciting.
It’s very important to us to fully satisfy you as a customer with our service and products. The goal is to find the right solution for every concern.
The diverse tasks include maintaining the FAQs, evaluating customer comments, handling complaints and returns including the associated refunds. And of course, daily customer service via email or phone. And the best part: you’ll practically become a rider’s encyclopedia! Because here you answer questions about fits, care products, and the latest horse trends.
Marketing
If you’re a creative mind, marketing might be something for you too. Your daily work in marketing is super versatile: you plan social media posts, write informative blog articles, create newsletters, or shoot and edit creative videos.
If you have a knack for graphic design, you can contribute there as well.
You’re also actively involved in planning and implementing promotions and campaigns. Your ideas are always welcome – the more creative, the better!

Logistics
If you like to get hands-on and work well in a team, you’re exactly right in our logistics!
There’s always a lot going on in shipping and goods receipt – boredom is definitely not an option here. Our warehouse is divided into several areas: goods receipt, order picking, and matching.
In goods receipt, you unpack the delivered goods, check everything carefully, and shelve them. As soon as an order comes in, the pickers call up the items in the system and collect everything. Then it goes to matching, where the products are assigned to the respective orders. Here we lovingly and carefully pack the packages before they head to your home.
You can also work in returns. There, we check returned items for defects and decide together with customer service and goods receipt whether the goods are restocked, exchanged, or sorted out.
In the warehouse, you always have an overview of all orders. So you’re directly involved when there are new products and always know the most popular items.
Training at Kavalio
You also have the opportunity to train as an office management assistant with us. Besides the theoretical lessons at school, you can really get involved and gain experience with us. As you rotate through the different departments and get an insight into all areas of Kavalio, you become more independent step by step and grow beyond yourself.
