Besides a break room with a foosball table and an adjoining kitchen with a coffee machine, fresh fruit, and muesli bars freely available to every employee, the sunny terrace invites you to relax. Our office dogs Lilly, Mathilda & Hecki are always thrilled when we play with them there during breaks!

Every day, a local breakfast service stops by so we can fuel up for the day in the morning. Occasionally, we also like to order from local restaurants and snack bars. In summer, the ice cream truck regularly visits, making breaks a particularly nice experience :-)
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A TOP PRIORITY HERE
Nathalie and Sabrina start their workday with freshly brewed coffee and sort the newly arrived emails by urgency. The many different tasks in the Customer Happiness area include maintaining the FAQs, activating customer vouchers, and reading and processing customer comments for individual orders. Other areas include handling complaints and returns, related refunds, and of course general customer service via email or phone.
